INTRODUCTION; RELATION TO TERMS This Privacy Policy describes how Visualized Technologies and/or its affiliates doing business as Pulse ("Pulse","we","us","our") collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with our websites, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here and in our Terms of Service, which govern limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and other important provisions. 2. CATEGORIES OF DATA WE COLLECT 2.1 Account and Profile: name, email, authentication identifiers, settings. 2.2 Billing and Transactions: payment instruments and billing details processed by payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; processors handle them under their terms. 2.3 User Content: tasks, notes, calendar entries, files/attachments, and related metadata you submit to the Service. 2.4 Integrations Data: if you connect services (e.g., Google Calendar, email, task tools), we receive relevant data (e.g., calendar events/availability, contacts, task/project metadata) as authorized by you. 2.5 Device/Usage/Logs: IP address, device and browser info, identifiers, pages and features used, timestamps, diagnostics, crash and performance data, and cookies or similar technologies. 2.6 Communications: support inquiries, feedback, survey responses. 2.7 Information from Third Parties: identity providers, analytics, and integration partners may provide information consistent with their notices and your settings. 3. HOW WE USE DATA Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service; authenticate users; process payments; personalize experiences; power AI‑assisted features; provide support; communicate about updates; monitor and prevent abuse; comply with law; and research and develop improvements using aggregated or de‑identified data. 4. AI/LLM PROCESSING DISCLOSURE We may transmit prompts, context, and outputs (which may include User Content or personal data) to artificial intelligence/large language model providers and related infrastructure to provide features. Where configurable, we instruct such providers not to use your data to train their foundation models; however, PROVIDERS MAY PROCESS OR LOG DATA AS DESCRIBED IN THEIR POLICIES. Use of such providers is subject to their terms and privacy notices. 5. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE 5.1 Service Providers/Subprocessors: hosting and databases (e.g., Supabase), AI/LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI), payments (e.g., Stripe), email (e.g., Resend), authentication, analytics, and customer support (e.g., Crisp, if enabled). We require appropriate contractual safeguards where applicable. 5.2 Integrations You Connect: we share data necessary to provide requested integrations, subject to your settings and the third party's terms. 5.3 Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as permitted by law. 5.4 Legal/Protective: to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and the Service. 5.5 Affiliates/Advisors: with our affiliates and professional advisors under confidentiality. 6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES We and our partners use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, performance, and security. You can manage preferences via your browser and, where available, in‑product settings; some features may not function without certain cookies. 7. SECURITY; NO ABSOLUTE GUARANTEES; NOT A BACKUP SERVICE We implement technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit/at rest where applicable, access controls, logging, and reviews). HOWEVER, NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OR STORAGE IS 100% SECURE, AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ABSOLUTE SECURITY. THE SERVICE IS NOT A DATA BACKUP OR ARCHIVAL SERVICE; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING INDEPENDENT BACKUPS OF USER CONTENT. SEE THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. 8. DATA LOSS, LEAKAGE, AND OUTAGES To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse and Visualized Technologies are not responsible for any loss, deletion, corruption, unavailability, unauthorized access to, or disclosure of data arising from outages, maintenance, cyber events, your actions, or third‑party services (including database and AI/LLM providers). Refer to the Terms of Service for the governing limitations, release, and covenant not to sue. 9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS We may transfer and process information in countries other than your own (including the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms permitted by applicable law. 10. RETENTION We retain personal information as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business needs (security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping) and legal obligations. Following account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is required or permitted by law. Backups and logs may persist for limited periods. 11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and obtain portability; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact support@visualized.tech. We may need to verify your identity and request additional information to process requests. 12. CALIFORNIA/STATE PRIVACY DISCLOSURES For California residents, you have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to non‑discrimination. We do not "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA and do not "share" personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. We honor authorized agent requests consistent with law. 13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us to request deletion. 14. DO NOT TRACK; AUTOMATED DECISION‑MAKING We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We use automated processing, including AI, to provide features such as suggestions and summaries; these do not involve solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. 15. THIRD‑PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES Links to third‑party sites and services are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices and terms apply. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD‑PARTY SERVICES' HANDLING OF DATA; REVIEW THEIR NOTICES. 16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY; BREACH NOTIFICATION We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email and by updating the "Last Updated" date. We will notify you of data breaches as required by applicable law. 17.
